Our Services
Summit Catering provides catering and janitorial services
to the BC Ministry of Forests Fire Protection and Suppression
camps for the duration of the fire season. We are on call
24/7, from the middle of April to the middle of October, ready
to respond anywhere in the province.
Once we get that call, we instantly mobilize people and
food, and have dinner on the table 24 hours later. This
is the art of our responsibility.
In camp we are feeding BC Forest Fire Fighters, some of
the hardest working people going. When they return from
a long day on the line, they need food and service that
nourishes their body and their spirit. This is what we do.
